Thanks for coming back! I appreciate your viewing.

I have been considering creating a television commercial for AMPED Sports for a long time now.  I’m starting to lean towards doing one since online advertising doesn’t seem to have the same effect.  I will continue to run online ads but its worth a shot to try television.

There are some concerns though:

  • Making sure the products and services are clear to new visitors
  • Cost-to-visit ratio for the site
  • Making sure the company’s message gets across
  • Should I improve the product and service options or are they okay as is (I’m leaning towards improvement)

It’s an exciting process to create but there is a lot of time commitment involved.  I’ll keep updating this process as we go forward.

Posted ads online over the weekend looking for additional freelance writers. I’m hoping to get a group of writers to add to the collection. I believe having a more diverse set of articles from multiple writers helps build a stronger resource of information and brings more credibility to the site. Part of the ad is below.

Looking to make a little extra money in your spare time???

We are looking for nutrition, fitness and coaching professionals to freelance some articles.

A start-up company is creating an online database of athletic performance information. We are looking for quality articles written by working professionals. Articles should be between 350- 500 words. Images, charts, tables, etc are welcomed and encouraged. All articles are expected to be creative, complete, non-repetitive, useful, and applicable to the athlete.

In addition, I’m debating a few new funding options. I’m working to make sure the company is set for as long as possible. A huge flaw with many companies is adequate funding and it is silly to fall flat because of not putting together enough money. I plan on taking with banks as well as larger investors. There is no rush because I have enough funding at the moment but it doesn’t hurt to find out the interest and possibilities of other funding resources.

Along with this I’m building a new structure for the growth of the offline-based sport psychology business. It’s doing well but it is not growing at the rate I believe it should be. My efforts are not matched in results.
